TINY TIDBIT FOR TODAY: Out in 60 Seconds

Sometimes I have trouble getting to sleep at night. I can't seem to turn my mind off. Not sure where I found this tip, but it is my latest and greatest to try.

A breathing exercise that promises to knock you out in a minute. The "4-7-8" technique is derived from yoga: Inhale for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, and exhale forcefully for eight. Repeat three time and say "good night". 

I have been practicing it for about two weeks and it seems to work for me.  I will be curious to see if it works for you. Leave me a comment if it does or doesn't.
