Frozen Chicken for Dinner?

It is two hours until time to cook dinner...

chicken fingers, grilled chicken, broiled chicken, 
Shake N Bake chicken. And...the chicken is frozen.  Never fear!

Put the frozen chicken in a pan and cover with cold water.  Add salt from the box...a lot of salt.  The chicken will thaw in no time.  I think the salt provides natural heat to accelerate the thawing process.


You can only try it.  It has worked for me for years!
